Katamari Darmacy is incredible

Katamari Damacy is a truly unique game, in the exact sense of the word. The premise behind it all is that the King of All Cosmos flew through space one night while intoxicated and shattered all the stars (with the Sun as an exception). Knowing his unfixed must be fixed, he sends your controlled character down to Earth: his incredibly small son, the Prince of All Cosmos. Your goal on Earth is simple: using a katamari, roll up as much stuff as you can. You can only pick up stuff that is currently feasible (if you're rolling around in the streets and a huge elephant passes by, don't expect to pick it up yet), and the only way to get bigger is by collecting as many feasible things you can find. One of the most beautiful aspects of the game is how you can ultimately pick up anything you come across; animate or inanimate, the sky's the limit (literally, seeing as even clouds and tornados cannot withstand your katamari's potential might). An idea as original as it is pure entertainment, it's kind of like a heap of gold disguised as a video game that only shows it's worth until after you have popped it in and watched the incredibly good intro movie.
